Enabling or disabling toll call dial-in numbers
Participants can dial into meetings with toll numbers listed in the Zoom client and email invitation if Toll Call is enabled. If this setting is disabled, participants will have no telephone dial-in options for meetings even though Audio type meeting setting is setup for Telephone.
If you're an admin, you can specify global dial-in countries/regions to determine the default dial-in country/regions that are included in your meeting invitations.

- The meeting host must be Licensed for participants to dial-in with a toll number.
- Account owner or admin privileges to enable or disable toll call dial-in numbers
Note: Users can only view the selected dial-in numbers, and include them in the meeting invite.
Enabling or disabling toll call dial-in numbers
Account
To enable Toll Call for all users in the account:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation panel, click Account Management then Account Settings.
- Click the Audio Conferencing tab.
- Click the Toll Call toggle to enable or disable it.
- If a verification dialog displays, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
- Click the pencil icon .
- In the Select Toll Numbers pop-up window, select the desired toll numbers for countries or regions.
Note: The Data Center column displays the associated data center that will process calls. Make sure the associated data center regions are selected, so the phone numbers in these regions will display in meeting invitations. - Click Save.
- (Optional) To prevent all users in your account from changing this setting, click the lock icon , and then click Lock to confirm the setting.
Group
To enable Toll Call for a group of users:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit groups.
- In the navigation panel, click User Management then Groups.
- Click the applicable group name from the list, then click the Audio Conferencing tab.
- Click the Toll Call toggle to enable or disable it.
- If a verification dialog displays, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the group or account level. - Click the pencil icon .
- In the Select Toll Numbers pop-up window, select the desired toll numbers for countries or regions.

- (Optional) If you want to make this setting mandatory for all users in the group, click the lock icon , and then click Lock to confirm the setting.
User
Note: Users can only view this setting. Contact your admin to change this setting.
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation panel, click Settings.
- Click the Audio Conferencing tab.
- Click See all numbers to view the list of numbers that are included in the meeting email invitation and Zoom client.
How to use toll call dial-in numbers
- Schedule a meeting or use your Personal Meeting ID.
- In the Audio section while editing the meeting, click Edit next to Dial from.
- Check the desired countries to include in the meeting invitation for participants to dial from. By default, this includes your Global Dial-In Countries listed in your meeting settings.
Note: To include toll numbers for countries from which you commonly invite attendees, follow these instructions.
