- Host features

When a user cancels an appointment in their calendaring application, Zoom Scheduler will remove the appointment from the Scheduled tab. - Include answers to custom questions in meeting description
Hosts can view attendees’ responses to custom questions in the meeting description/event details. Previously, hosts had to access their email to view attendees’ responses to custom questions. - Use host’s default Zoom Meetings settings for meeting appointments in Zoom Scheduler
When host creates a meeting appointment in Zoom Scheduler, the appointment will use the host’s default settings for Zoom Meetings. - Update booking page logo for Zoom Scheduler
Event organizers can change their profile image/booking page logo for Zoom Scheduler in Scheduler Settings. When they delete the custom logo, it will revert to the Zoom logo.
Note: The logo must be a JPG/JPEG, GIF, or PNG image file with size smaller than 2 MB. - Customize meeting subject

New and enhanced features
- Host features
- Support for Waiting Room for Zoom Scheduler meetings
Hosts can enable or disable the Waiting Room feature for Zoom Scheduler meeting appointments. The Waiting Room feature allows the host to control when a participant joins the meeting. As the meeting host, you can admit participants one by one, or hold all participants in the waiting room and admit them all at once. - Notify hosts of team events when other hosts' calendars are not linked
The hosts who are involved in team scheduling (aggregated host or rotating host bookable scheduling) will be notified when other hosts’ calendar connection is invalid. An alert will be displayed by the host whose calendar connection is not linked. Organizers can still save the schedule, even when a host’s calendar connection is invalid; however, attendees cannot book that schedule because Zoom Scheduler is unable to access that calendar.
- User features
- Automatically display photo and name from the user’s Zoom contact card
Users’ booking page photo and name match their current Zoom profile picture and name. Previously, no picture or name was shown on the user’s booking page because the Zoom contact card did not integrate with Zoom Scheduler. - User's default Zoom Meetings settings with Zoom Scheduler
When a Zoom meeting appointment is created in Zoom Scheduler, it will have the same default settings as the user’s Zoom Meetings default settings. - Include/exclude different event types when generating organizer availability
Users can decide to include or exclude different event types when generating availability. On the Booking Schedule creation page, users can set whether Zoom Scheduler assumes the different event types are Busy (i.e., Accepted Events, Declined Events, Out of Office, etc.).
Note: This currently applies only to Office 365 accounts. - Allow attendees to add guests to scheduled appointment
Attendees can add guests when they book or reschedule an appointment. A maximum of 100 guests can be added to an appointment. Additionally, guests can reschedule, decline, or delete an appointment. Previously, attendees had to add guests after creating an appointment outside Zoom Scheduler within their calendaring application.

Changes to existing features
- General availability for Zoom Scheduler
Zoom Scheduler is available for all free and paid users to purchase. Zoom Scheduler can be accessed from the Zoom web portal, where you can connect with your preferred calendar services, including Zoom Calendar Service, Google Calendar, or Microsoft 365 Calendar. Users can then create booking links to make their time available for external parties to schedule. Based on the event duration and time, Zoom Scheduler automatically checks against the user's calendar availability to list all the available slots. Users can also customize event notifications and the booking link page.
New and enhanced features
- User features
- Change time zone
Users, who are in a different time zone from the organizer, can select the time zone that matches their current geographic locations. - Set custom bookable schedule URLs
In the Profile settings, users can shorten the default generated URLs and customize their own Zoom Scheduler subdomain.
Note: When the Zoom Scheduler URL is changed, all copied links are required to be updated with the new subdomain. - Rotating host bookable schedule
Rotating host events allow attendees outside of an organization to view the organization team’s availability to schedule events. It also generates slots of availability when any added organizer is available. Users have the capability to create managed events across teams. Users will be attached to each bookable schedule, and only users under the same Zoom admin account will be able to add each other. - Aggregate host event type
This feature generates slots of availability when all added organizers are available.
