Managing the Video Gallery tab

The Video Gallery tab is where you upload videos to share with other users who have access to edit the event to use. The video gallery provides quick access to shared media that can be used for the event. Additionally, editors of the event can add and remove media from the video gallery.

Prerequisites for using the Video Gallery tab in the event creation flow

Note: For access to the latest Zoom Events and Webinar features, we strongly recommend hosts to update to the latest version of the Zoom desktop client/mobile application.

How to access the Video Gallery tab in Zoom Events

  1. Create a Zoom Event or edit an upcoming event to access the event setup.
  2. In the event creation flow navigation menu, click Event Experience, then click Lobby.
  3. Click the Video Gallery tab.

How to use the Video Gallery tab

Upload videos to the video gallery

  1. Access the Video Gallery tab.
  2. Click Upload Videos.
  3. Select the video you want to upload, then click Open.
    A visual indicator will display that an upload is in progress. Once completed, your image or video will appear in your content library.
  4. (Optional) In the top-right corner, click Add Videos to upload another video.

Edit video information

  1. Access the Video Gallery tab.
  2. To the right of the video you want to edit, click the ellipsis .
  3. Click Edit video information.
    You will be directed to the Edit Video Information page.
  4. In the Edit Video Information page, edit the following information:

Delete videos from the video gallery

  1. Access the Video Gallery tab.
  2. To the right of the video you want to delete, click the ellipsis .
  3. Click Delete.
    A confirmation window will appear.
  4. In the confirmation window, click Delete to confirm.
