Using Enhanced API Connectors in High Availability
When deploying the Zoom Enhanced API Connector to manage SIP/H.323 devices, you may deploy multiple Enhanced API Connectors in tandem to provide high availability/redundancy. When deployed in high availability mode, the secondary Zoom Enhanced API Connector will run in tandem with the primary Zoom Room API Connector, but will not provide an increase in capacity. When the primary Zoom Enhanced API Connector is unavailable, the secondary Zoom Enhanced API Connector will provide services.
