Requesting a vanity toll-free number
Vanity toll-free numbers are numbers that can be used to spell out memorable words or phrases. They can be used to make a phone number recognizable for your brand; for example, 1-800-FLOWERS.
Note: Requesting for Vanity DID (local) numbers is not supported. This is only applicable in the US and Canada. Outside of North America is not supported.
Requirements for requesting a vanity toll-free number
- Account owner or admin privileges
- Zoom Phone toll-free license
- The vanity numbers you want to request
How to check for available toll-free licenses
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the top-right corner, click your profile picture or initials, then click Admin Center.
- In the side menu, click Product configuration then Numbers followed by Phone Numbers.
- Click Related Features, then click Plan Details.
Check if you have available toll-free licenses in the far-right column.
How to request a vanity number
Draft an email to numberordering@zoom.us with the following information:
- Zoom account number
- Numbers you want to request
- Confirmation that there is an available toll-free license
- CC your Account Manager or main point of contact at Zoom
