Zoom Room device profiles
Zoom Room device profiles allows you to create and save profiles to a room with specific device settings and screen layouts. These profiles can then be applied from the web interface, or from within the settings of the controller. They can also be changed while in a meeting.
Note: Device profiles are applied when initially selected, or when a user signs out and back in to a device.

How to create a device profile
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- Click Room Management then click Zoom Rooms.
- Click the Edit next to a Zoom Room you wish to create a profile for.
- Under Rooms Profile, click Devices, then scroll to the Device Profile heading and click Create a Device Profile.
- Enter the name of the device profile and click Create.
- Under the Device tab, select the default Microphone, Speaker, and Camera for the Zoom.
- Under the Display tab, select the screen layouts.
How to edit or delete a device profile
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- Click Room Management then click Zoom Rooms.
- Click the Edit to the right of the Zoom Room you wish to change.
- Click the button to the right of the room name.
- Click the device profile you want to edit.
- You can now edit the device profile, or you can remove the it by clicking Delete.
How to change device profiles from the room controller
- In the Zoom Room Controller, tap Settings.
- Tap Device Profile (if settings are locked, unlock them first).
- Choose the default profile under Source.
- (optional) re-lock settings.
How to change device profiles in-meeting
The Device Profile can also be changed during a meeting as well, however, it will reset back to the default after the meeting has ended.
- Tap the settings icon at the top right.
- Tap Device Profile.
- Tap the desired profile.
- Tap Done.
How device profiles are applied
Device profiles are applied to a room when they are initially selected on the web portal or on a Zoom Rooms controller. If a user makes changes to the Zoom Room settings in or out of meetings, these changes will remain in place. To re-sync the room to the device profile settings, sign out and then back in to the Zoom Rooms application.
