Zoom Audio US & Canada

The Zoom Audio US & Canada subscription provides a flat rate for toll-free and call-out minutes to the US and Canada. This is an add-on that can be subscribed to monthly or annually.

Notes: 

• The number of Zoom Audio US & Canada licenses must match the number of paid licenses on your account. For example, if you have a Business account with 10 paid licenses, you would need 10 Zoom Audio US & Canada licenses.
• Starting July 17, 2023, certain account owners and admins will notice a dedicated Plans and Billing section within their ADMIN menu.

Prerequisites for Zoom Audio US & Canada

• A Business, Education, or Enterprise account
• Account owner or admin privileges

How to add an Audio US & Canada subscription

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation panel, click Account Management, then Billing.
3. On the Current Plans tab, scroll to Interested in other available products? and click Add to Cart next to Audio Conferencing.
4. Click Zoom Audio US & Canada.
   Note: The Zoom Audio US & Canada subscription can only be billed monthly.
5. Click Save & Continue.
6. Review the changes. If correct, click Save & Continue.
7. Click Place Order to complete your purchase.
