How do you remove Windows ZDM? 

To remove Windows ZDM you need access the device itself. Locate your Settings, then click About, click Connect to work or school, then click Disconnect.

When are updates displayed on Zoom.us? 

Enrolled devices periodically obtain installable updates from Microsoft, and ZDM periodically refreshes the available updates from the device.  

What happens if I accidentally ignore an update? 

The update will be moved to the Ignored tab and you can move it back whenever you’d like. Review more detailed instructions if necessary.

What happens if assigned updates can not be completed within the Update Schedule?

If you still have outstanding assigned updates at the end of the Update Schedule time frame, the updates will be installed during the next scheduled time frame.
