Managing the end-of-meeting experience feedback survey
The end-of-meeting experience feedback survey prompts participants to click either thumbs up or thumbs down when a meeting ends to provide feedback about the overall meeting experience. Admins can choose to display the end-of-meeting experience feedback survey after every meeting, for meetings randomly, or only when quality issues are detected.
Admins can also customize the feedback survey to display specific text and/or a blank text field when a participant clicks the thumbs-down option. Customization is available at the account and group levels. Feedback survey information is then collected and provided to the account administrator for analysis and improvements.
You can also use the end-of-meeting experience feedback survey with Zoom Rooms.
