Supported ZDM upgrade/downgrade processes
If you manage your devices through Zoom Device Management (ZDM), you can upgrade the Zoom app, Operating System (OS) and firmware on many devices. The following tables provide information on the processes supported for your Zoom Rooms and Zoom Phone Appliances.

Notes:
- (a): Neat devices do not support manual or automatic app update directly; instead, update the device firmware (consult the Neat firmware release notes to determine the included version of Zoom apps). Logitech devices using Logitech CollabOS firmware version 1.11.x or greater support app updates. All other certified Zoom Rooms Appliance and dedicated Controller or Scheduling Display hardware vendors support app updates.
- (b): Only supported on Windows OS and macOS devices enrolled in Zoom Device Management (ZDM).
- (c): Firmware updates are supported on DTEN D7/D7X Windows edition devices.
- (d): The Zoom Rooms Windows Controller application is bundled with and is upgraded/downgraded in tandem with the Zoom Rooms for Windows application.
- (e): Only supported on iOS/iPadOS devices enrolled in Zoom Device Management (ZDM).
