Screen sharing in Zoom Rooms for Touch
If you set up Zoom Rooms for Touch, follow these steps to start screen sharing before or after starting a meeting.
Requirements screen sharing in Zoom Rooms for Touch
- Zoom Rooms for Conference Room
- Windows 8.1 or higher with a touch screen
- Touch drivers installed on the computer

How to screen share before starting a meeting
- On the touchscreen, tap Share Content.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to share content using the Zoom app, browser, or AirPlay.
Note: If you want multiple participants to share at once, tap the toggle at the bottom of the screen. - Use the screen share controls.
How to screen share while in a meeting
- Start or join a meeting using Zoom Rooms for Touch.
- Tap the ellipses icon (...) in the bottom-right corner to display the integrated controller.
- Tap Share Content in the integrated controller.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to share. You can use direct sharing, share.zoom.us, or Apple screen mirroring.
Note: If you want multiple participants to share at once, tap the toggle at the bottom of the screen. - Use the screen share controls.
How to use the screen share controls
While screen sharing, you can tap on the following screen share controls in bottom panel:
Note: In addition to these options, you can use same annotation tools that are available during a whiteboard session.
- HIDE: Hide the bottom panel. While it's hidden, tap the upwards arrow to show it.
- STOP SHARE: Stop screen sharing and display the integrated controller.
- NEW SHARE: Display instructions to share content. You can use direct sharing, share.zoom.us, or Apple screen mirroring.
- START MEETING: Start a meeting while screen sharing.
