Enabling 3rd Party Audio
Enabling 3rd Party Audio allows participants to join your meeting using the 3rd party audio conference phone number you provide instead of VoIP or PSTN through Zoom. Please note the following limitations with third party audio conferencing:
- Users must sign out and sign in to their desktop or mobile application once the option is enabled or disabled to view the scheduling option.
- Once selected, 3rd party audio is exclusively used for that meeting.
- No sound is recorded during recordings.
- No active speaker detection will occur. Please pin the speaker, spotlight the speaker, or switch to gallery view.
