UI enhancements for Zoom Notes
The Notes UI has been updated to offer a more intuitive experience. Key formatting features are now prioritized for narrow-screen visibility, ensuring accessibility across different devices. Core document functions are readily accessible from the toolbar, facilitating seamless navigation within the app. Additionally, right-click functionality has been updated to enhance user interaction and productivity.
Enhancements for collaborating with meeting participants who are not signed in
During meetings, participants who are not signed in to Zoom when a note is shared with them can sign in while in the meeting. This enables them to save any notes content they have created during the meeting

New and enhanced features

Admin features
- Sharing account setting toggle alert
  Account owners and admins can set whether external users can access and edit notes within their organization. When disabling external sharing, admins are notified about the change's impact, and all external collaborators are removed from notes. This ensures consistent behavior for external collaboration both inside and outside of meetings.
User features
- Easy access to notes after meetings
  Links to notes will be added in the in-meeting chat and continuous meeting chat (CMC) after a note is closed in the meeting. Users can click on the link to open the note in a standalone window, or request access if they were not part of the original meeting. The link will also provide a preview of the note.

Users can now attach screenshots when submitting feedback for Zoom Notes.
Support for Customer Managed Keys (CMK)
Zoom Notes now supports encrypting data via Customer Managed Keys including attached media (pictures).

Zoom Notes is now available for the Zoom Client for iOS and Android.
Support for creating notes from Meeting Summaries
Users can now create note docs from Meeting Summaries. This allows users to edit the summary, share the summary with users outside of the meeting chat, and add the summary to a notes project.
Retention Policy for Zoom Notes
Retention policy allows account owners and admins to define how long unopened notes must be kept before they are deleted automatically. The retention period can be set to 60, 90, 120, 180, or 365 days. By default, this setting is disabled but can be enabled at the account, group, or user level.
Support for Dark Mode
The Zoom Notes interface can now be viewed in dark mode when users select dark mode as their theme in client settings.

Export notes as a PDF file
Zoom Notes now supports the ability to export notes as a PDF file from Admin management. When exporting, a preview of the PDF will be displayed before exporting.

Zoom Notes now has additional accessibility options to ensure better usability of the Zoom Notes platform.
Updated Team Chat notifications when a note has been shared
When a user shares a note within a group chat or channel, more details about the note with a preview of the note will be added to the Team Chat message.

Support for document margin management
The margins for the content within a note can now be modified. The content width can be changed to use either the maximum, minimum, or default width for the content. In addition, the overall alignment of the document can be managed, including centering the content in the middle of the page.
Additional supported languages for Zoom Notes
Zoom Notes now supports the following languages: Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified), Dutch, French, German, Italian, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, and Vietnamese.
Support for resizing images
Images added to a note can now be resized.
Support for Activity Center notifications
Notifications for Zoom Notes will now be listed in the Activity Center.

Introducing Zoom Notes
Zoom Notes is a new workspace that enables users to create and collaborate before, during, and after meetings. During a Zoom Meeting, use Notes to collaborate with others for real-time inputs—eliminating the distraction of jumping between Zoom and third-party documents and tools. Users can even continue to work in Notes outside of meetings asynchronously and share them for collaboration anytime, anywhere. This feature is available for all Zoom accounts.
