Using Apple Pay as a Zoom payment method
Zoom accepts Apple Pay in addition to PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You can change your payment method to Apple Pay at any time through the Zoom web portal.
Notes:
- You will need to select a valid payment card within Apple Pay in order to use Apple Pay as your payment method.
- Starting July 17, 2023, certain account owners and admins will notice a dedicated Plans and Billing section within their ADMIN menu.

How to pay with Apple Pay if you are a new user
- Start your purchase from the Plans and Pricing site and follow the instructions on the screen.
- Once you reach the Payment step, in the Payment Method section, click Pay.
- Click Check out with Pay.
- In the Apple Pay modal pop-up window where you can see and edit your linked credit card, use Touch ID, Face ID or password to proceed to the Review Order steps.
- In the Review Order window, click Place Order.
- You can review your subscription and print your invoice after placing your order.

How to pay with Apple Pay if you have a free Zoom account
- Sign in to your Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Billing.
- Click Upgrade Account, then follow the instructions on the screen.
- Once you reach the Payment step, in the Payment Method section, click Pay.
- Click Check out with Pay.
- In the Apple Pay modal pop-up window where you can see and edit your linked credit card, use Touch ID, Face ID or password to proceed to the Review Order steps.
- In the Review Order window, click Place Order.
- You can review your subscription and print your invoice after placing your order.

How to change your Zoom payment method to Apple Pay
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Billing.
- Click the Billing Information tab.
- In the Payment Method section, click Edit.
- Select Pay.
- Use Touch ID, Face ID or password to save
- (Optional) To the right of your Pay payment method, click Edit to make any changes.
How to access your device account number
If you have a question about a payment made through Apple Pay, you may need to provide your Apple Pay device account number. You can find your device account number by following these steps:
- Go to Settings or System Preferences depending on your Apple device.
- Open the Wallet & Apple Pay or Wallet app.
- Click on the card that was used.
- Identify the Device Account Number.
