Enabling Zoom Phone access on mobile apps
Admins can manage phone users' access to Zoom Phone on all Zoom mobile apps (Android, iOS, or iPad). This includes all phone features; for example, calling, SMS, call history, and voicemail.
When the feature is enabled, users can utilize Zoom Phone on the Zoom mobile app. When the operating system (OS) is not selected in the web portal, users will not have access to the Phone tab.
