Controlling Zoom Phone access on mobile apps
Admins can control phone users' access to Zoom Phone on all Zoom mobile apps (Android, iOS, iPad). This includes all phone features; for example, calling, SMS, call history, and voicemail.
Prerequisites for controlling Zoom Phone access on mobile apps
- Pro, Business, or Education account
- Account owner or admin privileges
- Zoom Phone license

Note: If the setting is disabled, users on app version 5.6.6 or higher will not see the Phone tab in the mobile app. Users on older versions will see the Phone tab but can't use phone features.
How to control Zoom Phone access on mobile apps

Access your policy settings at the account or site user level.
Note: If you have multiple sites, this policy setting is only available at the site level. - Enable or disable the Zoom Phone on Mobile toggle.
- If enabled, phone users can use all Zoom Phone features on any Zoom mobile apps (Android, iOS, iPad).

Allow Calling and SMS/MMS functions on Mobile: Enable or disable calling and SMS features. If disabled, phone users can't access calling and SMS features but can still access call history and voicemail on the mobile app.
