You can view your phone's contacts in the Zoom mobile app, allowing you to invite them to sign up for Zoom or call them using Zoom Phone. This feature is also known as phone contacts matching.
Note: This article provides an alternative to syncing your contacts with a third-party service. Contacts sync is not supported on the Zoom mobile app, but you can follow this article to sync contacts with your phone's native contacts app and then view contacts on the Zoom mobile app.

Note: If you're running the Zoom mobile app in a virtual sandbox environment (for example, Parallel Space or VMware Intelligent Hub), you may experience issues using this feature.
(Optional) How to sync phone contacts to the Zoom app
To enable the Zoom app to sync your phone contacts, you must grant these permissions through the mobile OS settings.
Android- Open the Android OS Settings.
Note: This varies slightly by Android versions and device manufacturer. - Find and open the Security & privacy section.
- Tap Privacy and select Permission manager.
A list of permissions available on the device is displayed. - Tap Contacts.
- Find and open the Zoom app.
- Tap Allow to allow Zoom access to your phone contacts.
iOS- Open the iOS Settings.
- Tap Privacy & Security.
- Tap Contacts.
- Find the Zoom app and tap the toggle
to enable contact syncing with Zoom.
How to view phone contacts
- Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
- Tap More.
- Tap Contacts
Your phone's contacts will appear in the Contacts tab under Phone Contacts.
How to call phone contacts
- Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
- Tap the Contacts tab.
If you're using an Android device, tap Allow when prompted to grant Zoom access to your phone contacts. - In the My Contacts section, tap Phone Contacts.
- Tap a contact's name.
- Tap Call to call the contact using Zoom Phone.
Note: If the contact has several numbers, you will be prompted to select a number to call.
