Take note of the reminders for the following countries:
- Singapore
- Your new provider will require you to provide your UEN. This is your business registration in Singapore.
- Select Super Internet when porting to your new provider. Super Internet is Zoom’s local partner operator in Singapore.
- Australia
- Zoom will review the port order details and will automatically deny the order if the information does not match our records.
- Zoom will notify you when the port order has been received and the information matches our records. You are required to confirm the transaction within the allotted time; otherwise, the order will be automatically approved.
- LATAM countries:
- If your new provider requires local addresses to port, please submit the address of your local business in that area. The Zoom porting team will then manually validate the submitted information.
Note: Due to processing times and regulations in LATAM, initial port requests may be rejected. If this occurs, submit a case to Support, and we will pre-approve the port with our vendors. A resubmitted port will then gain acceptance.
