Editing exhibitor info as an invited exhibitor
After a Zoom Events host adds exhibitors and sponsors to a multiple sessions event, then delegates editing and adding of information to you (the exhibitor/sponsor), you will be able to edit your exhibitor/sponsor details. These edits are submitted to the host, who will review and approve or reject them.

Prerequisites for editing exhibitor/sponsor details
- Basic, Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account
Note: For attendee access to the latest Zoom Events and Webinar features, we highly encourage all users to update to the latest version of the Zoom desktop client/mobile application.
How to edit your exhibitor/sponsor details
- Accept the host's invitation to edit your exhibitor/sponsor details by the following actions:
- You can access the host's invitation to edit your information by email:
- Open the host's invitation to edit your details in your email inbox.
- Click the Click here link.
You will be directed to the Edit Exhibitor page.
- You can access the host's invitation to edit your exhibitor/sponsor details from the Notification Center:
- Sign in to Zoom Events.

Access the Notification Center.
- Click the Attendee tab.
- Find the host's invitation notification.
- Click Edit Exhibitor Details.
You will be directed to the Edit Exhibitor page.
- Edit the following details that you want:

Info tab: Add information about yourself.

Exhibitor Logo: Hover your mouse over the logo and click the edit icon on the logo to upload an logo. You can also hover your mouse and click the delete icon on the logo to delete a preexisting logo.
Notes:
- The maximum size of the image is 320x238 pixels. The image format is only JPG/JPEG/PNG up to 2MB.
- Event creators can manually resize all uploaded images to fit into the image window as well as search for an image to upload. Additionally, resizing images is possible after image uploads.

Exhibitor Name: Enter your name.

Description: Enter some details or brief information about yourself.

Links & Social Media: Add links to your website, privacy policy, and social media accounts.

Representatives tab: Add information about the representative.
- Click + Add Representative:

Representative Photo: Add a photo of the representative.
Note: Use JPG/JPEG/PNG files only. The recommended image dimensions are 320x238 pixels. The maximum image size is 2 MB.
- Under Representative Photo, click the add button to add a picture of the representative.
- Select the photo you want to use or upload a new image in the content library.
- Click Select an Image.

Representative Information: Enter information about the representative:

Name: Enter the name of the representative.

Email Address: Enter the representative's email. After the event is published, an invitation and exhibitor ticket will be sent to this email.
- (Optional) Title or Position: Enter the title or position the representative holds.
- Click Save.

Assets tab: Add exhibitor/sponsor media and downloadable material for attendees.

Exhibitor Video: Click the add button to upload a video that you want to feature.
Note: The maximum video length is 60 seconds. The maximum video size is 50MB, MP4 files only. -
Exhibitor images: For new images, click the add button on the image tiles to upload a new image. For existing images, hover your mouse over an image and click the edit icon to upload an image. You can also hover your mouse and click the delete icon on the image to delete a preexisting image.
Note: Recommended image dimensions are 1920x1080 pixels. JPG/JPEG/PNG files only with a maximum image size of 10MB.

Downloadable Material: Drag and drop a file or click Choose Files to include a PDF for attendees to download. This file will appear on the exhibitor's/sponsor's page.
Notes:
- You can only upload a PDF file only with a maximum file size of 15 MB.
- You can upload up to 5 PDF files.
- When you've finished editing your details, click Submit.
The host will be notified of your changes. - (Optional) Click View Submitted Details to view your updated details.
- (Optional) Click View All Submitted Responses to see all your edit submissions.
- Click View to view your updated details.
- Click Edit to edit your details.
How to review edit rejection details
The host can reject your edits. To review and edit rejection details for your details:
- Find the host's rejection notification to edit your details by the following actions:
- You can access the host's rejection notification to edit your details from your email:
- Open the email with the host's rejection of your submitted updates in your email inbox.
- Click the View Details link.
You will be directed to the page where you can view the host's message and edit your details.
- You can access the host's invitation to edit your details from the Notification Center:
- Sign in to Zoom Events.

Access the Notification Center.
- Click the Attendee tab.
- Find the submitted session edit rejection notification and click View Details.
The host's message (if applicable) and the details that you are editing will appear. - In the top left corner, click View All Submitted Responses.
- To the right of your rejected submission, click Edit.
You will be directed to the editing page and will be able to edit your details again.
