Subscribing to emails for logs and reports
Admins can subscribe email addresses to periodically receive email notifications for call logs, usage reports, billing reports, or call queue analytics reports. A ZIP file will be attached to the email notifications and contain the relevant reports as CSV files.
Requirements for subscribing to email notifications for logs and reports
- Either a Zoom Workplace license with Phone included, or a standalone Zoom Phone calling plan
- Account owner or admin privileges
- Some Zoom Phone reports require the Power Pack add-on
How to access the Subscription Center
Access the Subscription Center through account management
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Subscription Center.
You will be redirected to the Zoom Phone Subscription Center to set up your subscription.
Use the Subscribe to Zoom Phone Reports setting
Note: This setting is only available at the account level, regardless of whether you have enabled multiple sites.
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Phone System Management, then Company Info.
- Click Account Settings at the top.
- Scroll down to the Others section.
- Under Subscribe to Zoom Phone Reports, click Manage in Subscription Center.
You will be redirected to the Zoom Phone Subscription Center to set up your subscription.
Access the Subscription Center from Zoom Phone reports
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as a call queue member or admin.
- In the navigation menu, click Analytics & Reports, then click Zoom Phone.
- Click the following reports:
- Auto Receptionist historical reports
- Access reports
- Feature entitlement and membership reports
- User performance reports
- In the top right corner, click Subscription Center.
You will be redirected to the Zoom Phone Subscription Center to manage your subscriptions.
How to manage subscriptions in the Subscription center
You can subscribe email addresses to periodic call logs, usage reports, charge reports, or access reports. These emails will receive a CSV version of the reports at the specified frequency.
Add email notifications for Zoom Phone reports
- Access the Subscription Center.
- In the top-left corner, click Add to create a subscription
- Enter the following information:
- Subscription Name: Enter a display name to help you identify the subscription. This name is not used in the email notification.
- Report or Dashboard: Click the dropdown and select the Zoom Phone report or dashboard to which you want to subscribe.
- Target: Click the dropdown and select the target.
- Time Zone: Click the dropdown and select the time zone.
- Frequency: Click the dropdown and select the frequency of the email notifications.
- Time frame: Deliver reports in the selected time frame.
- Report Date/Time Range: Select the date/time range for the report/dashboard data.
- Email recipients: Add users from your Zoom Phone account. Enter email addresses that will receive the email notifications.
- Select the following checkbox: You confirm that you are authorized to share the selected report(s) with the recipient(s) listed above.
- Active Status: Click the toggle to enable or disable the notification.
Note: Once the status is enabled, Zoom will send confirmation emails to the recipients only once. This is based on your settings.
- Click Save.

Manage email notifications from the Subscription Center page
- Access the Subscription Center.
- (Optional) To the right of the notification you want to manage, under the Active Status column, click the toggle to enable or disable it.
- To the right of the notification you want to manage, click the ellipsis button
, then click from the following actions:
- Duplicate: Duplicate the email notification.
- Delete: Delete the email notification. If a confirmation window appears, click Delete to confirm.

- Access the Subscription Center.
- Click the email notification name that you want to manage.
- On the email notification page, edit the details.
- (Optional) Under Active Status, click the toggle to enable or disable it.
- (Optional) At the bottom of the page, click from the following actions:
- Duplicate: Duplicate the email notification.
- Delete: Delete the email notification. If a confirmation window appears, click Delete to confirm.
