Configuring Salesforce High Velocity Sales (HVS)


The Zoom for Salesforce app enables you to integrate Zoom Phone with Salesforce High Velocity Sales (HVS).

How to configure High Velocity Sales settings

To enable the HVS settings and choose an HVS disposition field:

  1. Access Setup, then click Installed Packages then Zoom package.
  2. Click Configure.
  3. On the Configuration Panel page, access the HVS Settings section.
  4. Check the Enable HVS field.
  5. Select an HVS Disposition Field.
  6. Go to Zoom Phone Settings then Phone-Customize Call Log Fields. Click View All.
  7. Add the HVS disposition field to the call log panel in the Disposition field.
  8. (Optional) Access Setup then Object Manager.
  9. Access Zoom Call Log then click Fields & Relationships.
  10. Acess Disposition then click Values.
  11. Edit or delete the existing Zoom Phone disposition field values or add new values.

How to map disposition fields

Salesforce HVS uses predefined call results (dispositions) as branching criteria for sales cadence.

To enable HVS to recognize your specific call results, map your call result values to the predefined Salesforce HVS call results.

  1. Open Setup then access High Velocity Sales.
  2. Click Configure High Velocity Sales then Define Call Results for Branching.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Enter your call result values to the appropriate HVS call results.
  5. Click Save.
  6. In the Call Result Values column, map all values contained in the Zoom Phone HVS Disposition Field.
    If you have added or modified the default disposition values, ensure that the new values are mapped appropriately.

Note: After changes to the integration settings, users must refresh all the Salesforce HVS pages to reflect the changes.
