Crestron All-Hands Space

For a large Crestron Flex all-hands open space that sits 30+ people, the design will consist of four Shure wireless microphones (two lavalier and two handheld) along with a Crestron amplifier, Crestron ceiling speakers, and a Crestron Avia Digital Signal Processor that connects to the Zoom Rooms Crestron UC-Engine. Audience engagement is handled through a wireless handheld, with no open ceiling microphones, in order to optimize the presenter experience.

The environment will be a two-output environment distributed throughout the space utilizing Crestron NVX with Video and USB over IP. Two 86" primary displays will be mounted on the front wall. A pole mount with two 55" confidence monitors will show the same content and video participants. Content may be distributed on repeat monitors throughout the space as well.

The audience-facing camera will be mounted below the video participants on the primary wall and the presenter-facing camera will be mounted below the confidence monitors to replicate eye contact with video participants and in-room participants. Wireless presenter microphones will be the primary audio for voice lift in the space and Zoom input audio. Zoom audio from the far end and content share will be heard over ceiling mounted speakers.
