Sending feedback to Zoom

You can help improve Zoom by giving us feedback about your product experience. Your account owners or admins must enable Feedback to Zoom feature, which adds a feedback option in the Zoom desktop app and mobile app.

We will use the collected data to enhance our services and products.

Zoom does not use any customer audio, video, chat, screen sharing, attachments, or other communications-like customer content (such as poll results, whiteboard, and reactions) to train Zoom’s or its third-party artificial intelligence models.

Prerequisites for sending feedback to Zoom

How to send your feedback with Zoom

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
  2. Click you profile picture, then click Help.
    This help menu is also available on versions 5.17.0 and higher under the question mark option near your profile picture. 
  3. Click the Give Feedback tab.
  4. Select a Product Area from the dropdown.
  5. Under How satisfied are you with the experience?, click a number between 1 to 5.
  6. Enter your feedback, then click Submit.

Using the Zoom AI Companion panel

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
  2. Send a prompt to the AI Companion panel, then select or under the response
  3. (Optional) Select a category for why you selected  /
  4. (Optional) Enter your feedback.
  5. (Optional) Select or deselect Include your prompt with the feedback.
    Note: Allow users to send text feedback, including the prompts they send to AI Companion must be enabled.
  6. Click Submit.

 

Android | iOS

  1. Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
  2. In the bottom-right corner, tap More (Android) or Settings (iOS).
  3. Tap About.
  4. Tap Send Feedback.
  5. Select a Product Area from the dropdown.
  6. Under How satisfied are you with the experience?, click a number between 1 to 5.
  7. Enter your feedback, then tap Send.
