Zoom billing error: Something went wrong when trying to place your order


If you receive the Zoom error message: 

Something went wrong. Please make sure that your billing information is updated, and pop-up blockers are disabled in your browser. If the problem continues, try a different browser or contact Zoom at 1-(888)-799-9666 ext 3 or via Support ticket.

Zoom recommends disabling any pop-up blockers and try using another browser. In order for your purchase to be processed, you will need the Recaptcha button to appear.

If the issue persists, submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance.
