Managing the Analytics Summary tab
Under the Analytics section of the event creation flow, the Summary tab provides a summary of total ticket sales, event duration, event gross income, and total refund amount. This tab helps hosts quickly review their event’s overall, general information and access full summary reports.

How to access the Analytics Summary tab in Zoom Events
- Create a Zoom Event or edit an upcoming event to access the event creation flow.
- In the event creation flow navigation menu, click Analytics, then click Summary.
The Summary page will appear.
How to view the Analytics Summary tab
On the Summary page, you can view the following event analytics:
- Total Registrants: This measures the number of unique registrants via attendee self-registration or pre-registration by hosts. The number does not account for canceled or refunded registrants. This includes general ticket holders, special roles, hosts, co-editors, or hub hosts. Clicking View More will direct you to the Registration & Ticketing tab.
- General Tickets Sold: This measures the number of general tickets sold via attendee self-registration or pre-registration by hosts. Does not account for canceled or refunded tickets. This only measures the total general, non-special role ticket count. Clicking View More will direct you to the Registration & Ticketing tab.
- Gross Sales: This measures the gross revenue from all general ticket sales, minus refunds. Clicking View More will direct you to the Registration & Ticketing tab.
Note: This tile is not included for free events. - Net Sales: Displays the total amount of sales after deductions. Clicking View More will direct you to the Registration & Ticketing tab.
Note: This tile is not included for free events. - Total Attendees: This measures the total number of unique attendees who join the lobby or any event session by phone, mobile, or desktop client. This includes general ticket holders, special roles, hosts, co-editors, or hub hosts. Clicking View More will direct you to the Analytics Attendees tab.
- Expo Visits: Displays the total number of unique attendees visiting the expo floor during the time of the event. Clicking View More will direct you to the Analytics Expo tab.
- Surveys & Polls: Displays the total number of surveys and polls set up. Clicking View More will direct you to the Analytics Survey & Polls tab.
Note: Free events do not have Gross Sales or Net Sales.
How to share event analytics
To share analytics, you must add co-editors and give them analytics permission.
Note: Hub owners and hosts are automatically given access.
How to download CSV reports
- Access the Summary tab in the event creation flow.
- In the top-right corner of the Summary page, click View All Standard Reports.
A Download Standard Reports panel will appear, displaying all analytics reports. - In the panel, to the left of the report you want to view, click the forward arrow to expand and view the details of the reports.
- To the right of the report you want to download, click Download .
