Entering CSV file information for Zoom Events


Hosts can create sessions manually or upload a CSV file with session dates, names, times, descriptions, speakers, and more.

How to download a CSV sample file for session information

  1. Access the Sessions tab in the event creation flow.
  2. In the top-right corner, click the ellipsis , then click Add Sessions through Uploading CSV.
    Note: If you have not added speakers yet, click Upload CSV File.
    A pop-up window will appear.
  3. In the pop-up window, click Download Sample File.
    A CSV file will download.

Enter session information into CSV fields

After downloading the CSV sample file, complete the session information:

After you enter the CSV information into the CSV sample file, you can upload the completed CSV file into the event creation flow.

How to download a CSV sample file for speaker information

  1. Access the Speakers tab in the event creation flow.
  2. In the top-right corner, click the ellipsis , then click Add Speakers through Uploading CSV.
    Note: If you have not added speakers yet, click Upload CSV File.
    A pop-up window will appear.
  3. In the pop-up window, click Download Sample File.
    A CSV file will download.

Enter speaker information into CSV fields

After downloading the CSV sample file, complete the speakers' information:
