Editing a Zoom Event as a co-editor
Co-editors are invited to add, edit, and save or republish events with the content they add—but only to the specific sections they are given edit access. You might be invited to be a co-editor to check the accuracy of existing content or build out a session of a multiple sessions or single-session event because you are the organizer for a particular session of an event.
Co-editors can also see the Analytics tab and the sections under it when they access the event to make edits.

Edit an event from the invitation email
Co-editors do not need to have a Zoom Events license to make edits to an event if they access the event through the link in their invitation email. Invitation emails contain a direct link to the event the co-editors can edit, and co-editors are only allowed to edit the sections they have been granted access.
