New and enhanced features
Onboarding setup guide
The onboarding setup guide ensures Zoom IQ for Sales admins are equipped with the necessary steps to increase the speed to value of the product to their organization. This guide features a clear, step-by-step progress flow to enable admins to configure Zoom Meeting, Zoom Phone, and email settings, assign IQ roles, track high signal moments with Indicators, and connect to their CRM environment. This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a backend server update currently scheduled for August 6, 2023.
Ability to manage themed Indicators
Account owners and admins can create and configure themed indicators, which allow them to categorize various keyword phrases under specific themes. A common use case for this type of Indicator is to track adherence to an organization’s sales methodology. This feature makes it simpler to compare how often certain groups of terms are mentioned across different conversations within the Analytics section.
Access to themed Indicators
If set up by account owners or admins, users can utilize Themed Indicators throughout the product, similar to Basic Indicators. The main difference is in the Analytics section, where keyword phrases can be grouped, allowing for a clearer comparison of how themes are mentioned across conversations. Themed Indicators are commonly used to monitor how closely an organization’s sales methods are being followed.
Conversation page enhancement
In the Conversation page, users can view deal information in a more space-efficient way with the ability to expand and access more detailed information. The update also includes a more visible share option.
