Payment error codes for billing

You may encounter error messages when making purchases or managing billing in the Zoom web portal. This article provides step-by-step troubleshooting instructions for each error, including what the message or code means, why it occurs, and the actions you can take to resolve it.

Note: Before troubleshooting any error, make sure your payment card information is entered exactly as it appears on your card.
