Release notes for the Cloud Room Connector (CRC)

New and enhanced features

• Support for Webinar Breakout Rooms
  SIP/H.323 room systems can now join Webinar Breakout Rooms.
  Note: This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a backend server update currently scheduled for July 17, 2023.

Resolved issues

• Minor bug fixes
• Resolved an issue where participants using the Zoom VDI Client experienced low framerates when receiving 720p video SIP/H.323 room systems.
• Resolved an issue where audio quality was degraded when a SIP/H.323 room system shared content including audio with music sharing mode enabled during a Meeting or Webinar that was being recorded. 
• Resolved an issue where certain Cisco codecs registered to Cisco Webex cloud services received a black screen instead of participant video during screen sharing. 
• Resolved an issue where SIP/H.323 room systems were muted when joining a meeting, even though the device displayed as unmuted in the participants list, when meeting recording was initiated prior to the SIP/H.323 room system joining.
