- Support for multi-language and translation in Webinars
Multi-language and translation for webinars is now supported for SIP/H.323 room systems connecting via the VRC. Zoom Webinar hosts can enable translated captions to support webinars with multiple different language speakers, allowing attendees to view captions in the language that they select. Additionally, automated captions in Webinars support languages in addition to English, which has been the only supported language thus far. Previously, these captioning features were only available for Meetings. The Translated Captions feature is available only for Zoom One Business Plus and Zoom One Enterprise Plus accounts.

Participants joining from a SIP/H.323 room system can now disable or enable Closed Captioning without notifying the host - Support for shared host audio while in a breakout room
Added support for hearing shared audio from a host, while a room system is in a breakout room. - Improved layout when viewing raised-hand participants
When viewing a meeting in Gallery view, participants who have raised their hands using the nonverbal feedback feature will be displayed in the top left of the Gallery view grid. - Closed captions default layout change
As part of a UX improvement, closed captions will by default at the bottom of the in-meeting layout. This can be changed by adding 704 to the dial string, to move captions to the top of the layout.

- Support for starting archiving using the Host Key
Devices that claim host rights using the host key after joining a meeting will now be able to use the archive feature. Previously, users had to utilize the join on behalf feature, to use archiving when joining from a SIP/H.323 device.

- Remove in-meeting overlay
Participants can now remove the entire in-meeting overlay by adding 606 to the dial string when joining a meeting. If participants do not want to remove the entire overlay, participants can use dial string 603 to remove the names under video feeds from other participants, and/or 307 to remove the network indicator icons. - Active Apps Notifier Enhancements
When an app has real-time access to meeting/webinar content, such as video, audio, and/or chat, the Active Apps Notifier will appear in the same window as the current meeting in the top-left corner next to the encryption icon. Details of which apps have access and which participants approved the app are displayed. - Enhanced data privacy notices for archived meetings
When joining a meeting that is being archived or archiving begins, participants via an audio notification.

- Dual-screen Gallery view
SIP/H.323 devices connected via the Cloud Room Connector can now view the Gallery view layout on both screens. This can be enabled by adding 608 to the dial string when joining a meeting. - UX update for Waiting Room notifications
The Waiting Room notification has been moved to the bottom right area of the screen to minimize in-meeting disruption.

- Waiting Room participants viewable in Participants List
If a SIP/H.323 device joins the meeting using the Host Key, the Participants List will also include participants who are still in the Waiting Room. Participants in the waiting room will be denoted with stars next to the name. - Received reactions viewable on main meeting screen
Reactions sent by participants will now be displayed in the top corner of the sending participant’s video tile, when viewed from a SIP/H.323 device. Currently only Clapping Hands, Thumbs Up, Heart, Tears of Joy, Open Mouth, and Party Popper (Tada, Celebration) will be displayed. - Enhanced data privacy notices
In-context user education for various features, such as Live Transcription, Recording, Live Streaming, and Webinar attendee status. - Suppress in-meeting reactions
Participants joining from a SIP/H.323 device can suppress in-meeting reactions by adding 508 to the dial string when joining a meeting.

- Support for dual screens
SIP/H.323 devices connected via the Virtual Room Connector can now view the Active Speaker layout on one screen while viewing the Gallery view layout on a second screen. If there are only two other participants in the meeting, both participants will be displayed separately on each screen. This can be enabled by adding the parameter to your dial string.

- Support for 100 Breakout Rooms for SIP/H.323
Accounts that have the increased Breakout Room capacity enabled will be able to utilize this feature on SIP/H.323 devices. - Ability to leave Breakout Rooms
Participants joining a breakout session from SIP/H.323 devices can now leave a Breakout Room before the breakout session is ended by the host. - Menu option for Meeting info
Adds a new option to the meeting controls menu for SIP/H.323 devices. By selecting “9” from a DTMF remote while in the main menu, the host and participants can see the meeting information including the meeting ID, meeting passcode, encryption status, and the Data Center the device is connecting to for the meeting. - UI change for Audio Mute and Video Mute icons
The design for the “Audio Muted” and “Video Muted” icons has been updated. The new icons appear in the upper right corner of the screen.

The encryption status of devices joining via the Virtual Room Connector will now be reflected in the upcoming Zoom client 5.4.6 release.
Note: If the Virtual Room Connector is not updated, SIP/H.323 devices connecting via VRC will not be reported as encrypted to meeting participants with the Zoom 5.4.6 client. After January 10th, 2021 devices connecting via the VRC will be unable to send audio and video to participants on Zoom client 5.4.6. Due to this, we recommend updating the VRC appliance as soon as possible to minimize the potential impact.

Adds 256-bit AES GCM support for devices connecting to Conference Room Connector via the SIP protocol. - Support for Language Interpretation feature
If language interpretation is being provided, a meeting attendee connecting from an H.323/SIP device can select another audio channel to hear the meeting language translated. - Improved Host controls and UX improvements
In-meeting host controls have been improved and consolidated to its own menu. New options have also been added, including ending the meeting for all participants, locking/unlocking the meeting, and muting participants upon entry. This also includes options for viewing participant lists for in-meeting and waiting room participants. - UI improvements for Gallery View
Gallery view will now highlight and move the currently speaking participant to the beginning of the first page of the Gallery view.

If an H.323/SIP device joins a meeting before the host, and Join Before Host is not enabled, there will be an audio prompt to enter the host key. - Audio prompt for entering a password
If an H.323/SIP device joins a meeting that requires a password and does not add the password in the dial string, there will be an audio prompt to enter the password at the meeting splash screen. - Warning message if Mute Participants Upon Entry is enabled
If an H.323/SIP device joins the meeting with Mute participants upon entry, a warning message that the device is muted will be displayed, with an option to unmute the device. - Require consent of the host mutes and then unmutes a participant
If the host mutes and then unmutes a participant individually, the participant will now receive a prompt, asking them to consent to be unmuted.

- 256-bit AES GCM encryption support
Zoom is upgrading to the AES 256-bit AES GCM encryption standard, which offers increased protection of your meeting data in transit and resistance against tampering. This feature will be automatically enabled for all accounts on May 30. For H.323/SIP devices, 256-bit AES GCM encryption will be used between the Cloud Room Connector and the Meeting connector, to ensure codec compatibility.
