Zoom error code 300

Error 300 can occur at sign in or when using the Outlook add-in. Check the steps below to see if these resolve your issue.

Receiving error code 300 when signing in

If attempting to sign in with your email address and password, clear your cache and cookies, then try again.

If signing in with Google, you may need to re-sync your Google and Zoom accounts. Go to Zoom's Sign Up and click Sign Up with Google to re-sync your accounts.

Receiving error code 300 when editing with the Outlook add-in

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Click Meetings.
  3. In Upcoming Meetings, find the meeting in Upcoming Meetings that you need to update and click Edit.
  4. Click Edit All Occurrences.
  5. Next to Recurrence, select No Fixed Time.
