Zoom error code 3113

If you receive error code 3113, this means that you attempted to host a Zoom meeting without having enabled either Passcode or Waiting Room security options.

How to fix it

To fix this issue, edit the meeting and enable either Passcode or Waiting Room.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
  2. Click on Meetings, Upcoming tab, find and select the meeting, then click Edit.
  3. Under Security, click Passcode then enter a passcode or click Waiting Room.
  4. Click Save.
