Setting call control in 3rd-party apps
Account owners and admins can enable or disable a policy setting for call control in 3rd-party apps that use Zoom Phone. Enabling call control allows users to control calls from 3rd-party apps, including making, accepting, ending, declining, and recording calls.
3rd-party apps include those in the Zoom Marketplace.
Note: While this setting doesn't affect the click-to-dial or highlight-to-dial features with the Zoom app directly, some Marketplace apps, such as Salesforce and HubSpot, do utilize and require it to be enabled to place calls from Salesforce or HubSpot.
This article covers:
Prerequisites for setting call control in 3rd-party apps
