Release notes for Zoom IQ for Sales

New and enhanced features

• Administrator features
  • Enhancement to Salesforce integration
    When allowing Zoom IQ to create new activities in Salesforce, admins can select to publish Competitors Mentioned either to the activity record and/or to the Main Competitor(s) field.

Note: The Conversation filter enhancement has been pulled from the release due to issues with deployment and will be available in another upcoming release.

• Resolved an issue where log out participants are not showing up in participants list
• Resolved an issue where marking more than one line as Next Step or Good Questions results in data inconsistencies between Analytics and Conversations
