Account owners and admins can create sites to route their VOIP calls to PSTN for countries that don’t allow calls to leave the country over their IP network. This feature must be enabled by contacting Zoom Support, can be implemented only during a site creation and cannot be implemented afterward. The following restrictions will apply for that site:
- Auto-receptionist calls cannot be forwarded to users, auto-receptionists, call queues, Zoom Rooms, ATA, CAP of another site.
- Call queues cannot add users and forward calls to call queues, shared line groups, Zoom Rooms, auto-receptionists, CAPs, or users from another site.
- Shared line groups cannot add users or forward calls to call queues, shared line groups, Zoom Rooms, auto-receptionists, CAPs, or users from another site.

The site code length has been increased from 5 to 6 digits. - Routing PSAP callback for blocked external call
Account owners and admins can route emergency calls to Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) when external calls are blocked for a user. Those calls will be allowed for two hours in case the PSAP calls back. - Connection history with Cloud peering partner/carrier
Providers can now view the exact state of the service connection, date, and time for each customer that is serviced by the carrier and partners. - Deletion of 10DLC ghost campaigns
To prevent customers from incurring a $250 fine from mobile operators, if an account has campaigns that do not have at least one phone number associated with them within 60 days of its creation, a reminder will be sent to the customer at day 15 and 30 to let them know there is no phone number in the campaign. At day 45 if the campaign is still empty, an email notification will be sent stating the campaign is now a ghost campaign. At day 59, the ghost campaign will be deleted and an email notification will be sent to the customer advising them that the campaign has been deleted. This will be continuously evaluated and ghost campaign deletions will take place in a rolling 60 day period - Enhancement to alerts and notifications
Account owners and admins can now choose a site as target and set up a threshold when a specific number of devices goes offline. - Enhancement to subscription center
The email recipients of the subscription has been extended to emails that are not part of your account, however, they will not receive an email confirmation. Account owners and admins can additionally subscribe to these reports using the subscription center:

After creating a knowledge base, users can update these customizations and exclude specific articles from their chatbot. - Individual query coaching

The Coaching feature on the Knowledge Management tab has been enhanced to make it easier for users to open the coach dashboard, filter searches, and examine data. Improvements include launching coaching more prominently within the knowledge base section, customizing the knowledge base targeted, and providing more information regarding the queries being coached and their relevance to the currently selected knowledge base. - Remove tables from crawled content
Table tags are added to exclude tables when syncing knowledge base. Tables are removed from crawled content because they do not display correctly in chat windows. - Replace instances of crawl with sync
