Admins wanting to download Team Chat messages from the Chat History Report can choose to download in HTML format, which includes files, images, emojis, GIFs, audio files, and code snippets. Zoom Phone admins can enable Zoom Phone for PWA on their account to allow their PWA users with a Phone license to make calls and send SMS from their Zoom PWA. -
End personal conference call once the originator drops
Account owners and admins with access to account-level settings can enable or disable a policy setting to automatically end personal conference calls when the originator drops from the call. The originator is the first person that merged the other participant(s) into the conference call. This will not affect the conference barge feature of shared line groups. For accounts that do not have the multi-party conference feature, there can be more than one originator on the conference call. In this case, the conference call will only end for participants that were brought in by the originator who leaves the call, and the rest of the participants will remain on the conference call. The conference call will only continue as long as there is a valid Zoom Phone user of the account on the call. -

We also compare one user's performance with the group/site group. -
Display end-of-call experience feedback survey
Account owners and admins can display a thumbs-up/down survey at the end of each call. If participants respond with thumbs down, they can provide additional information about what went wrong. This setting can be changed at the account, group, site, or user level. Admins can also choose if the survey is displayed for every call, or only for calls when call quality issues are detected. This feature must be enabled by Zoom.
