Exceptions to network bandwidth limits
Account owners and admins using the Limit Network bandwidth feature can create exceptions to an existing network bandwidth limit IP range. A new limit can only be added as an exception if an existing rule can be segmented into multiple rules to add the exception. -
Chat channel owner and admins ability to remove messages
To reduce the impact of harmful or inappropriate messages shared in a chat channel, channel owners and admins can remove messages of other members including text, images, files, or links. Account owners and admins can view the deleted messages in the Team Chat History report.

Bulk upload authentication exceptions
When scheduling a meeting with authentication required, hosts can import a CSV file to bulk upload authentication exceptions using the participants’ names and email addresses. Previously, the meeting host could only add one authentication exception at a time. -
Support for session branding and surveys in hosts’ webinar templates
Webinar hosts will see session branding and survey on their webinar templates. Session branding includes the ability to customize wallpaper, background, and name tags. Survey allows the host to present native or 3rd party surveys to attendees once Zoom Webinars have ended.

Note: The Enhancement to the webinar Q&A Report and Taiwan data center region for transit data feature has been pulled from release due to issues with deployment, and will be available in another upcoming release.

External calling on Zoom Rooms Common area
Account owners and admins can allow Zoom Rooms to call external phone numbers based on the calling plans and other Zoom Rooms policies when using the default Zoom Room Common Area package. -
SBCs Dashboard
If the SBC tool is enabled, account owners and admins can use the trunk dashboard to view the list of their SBCs and locations with status in real-time. Admins can also customize call buckets based on SIP error codes with names to identify errors as desired. Up to 6 buckets can be created. -
Enhancement to IP phone management
Account owners and admins now have the ability to add a single IP phone device to the portal and not assign it directly to a user or common area. Previously admins could only add multiple devices for management using a CSV file. -
Enhancement to Zoom Phone Quality of Service Dashboard
Account owners and admins can view the quality of service of SBCs names and search for external calls. -
Enhancement to Call queue real-time analytics dashboard
The call queue’s KPI has been enhanced to allow admins to see performance metrics about their agents. -
Enhancement to Zoom Phone role
Account owners and admins can assign the Data Residency privilege to some of their Zoom Phone admin roles. This privilege allows admins to view or access storage locations for communication content (voicemail, recording, transcription, custom greeting prompts) and operation data.

Zoom Phone supports the following devices. Account owners and admins can add these devices to the Zoom web portal as part of the provisioning process.

Permission to access Whiteboard content
A new permission has been introduced in the Whiteboard section Whiteboard Content within the Owner role settings. Admins with that permission can view and export user’s Whiteboard content within their organization. -
Retention policy for Whiteboard
Retention policy allows account owners and admins define how long unopened whiteboards must be kept before they are deleted automatically. Retention period can be set to 60, 90, 120, 180 or 365 days. By default, this setting is disabled, but can be enabled at account, group or user level. For more information, see Managing retention policy for Zoom Whiteboard. -
Support for sharing through external authentication
Account owners and admins can include external authentication as an access method for Zoom Whiteboards. This feature is available to accounts who have configured their users to access Zoom using external authentication. For more information, see Configuring external authentication for K-12 schools.

Additional keyboard shortcuts
Additional keyboard shortcuts are available for Whiteboard including shortcuts to Select tool, Draw, open Shapes, open Lines, use Eraser, comment, duplicate, redo, and find. -
Find and search function
Users have the ability to perform a search and find text within the Whiteboard page on sticky notes, text fields, shapes, and comments. Additionally, users can replace words with the Find, Find all, Replace, and Replace all options. -
Ability to upload PDF files to Whiteboard
Users can upload PDF files from their local machine to the Whiteboard. They can move the file around, resize it, connect it to other shapes, and add comments on or around it. Additionally, users can extract individual pages to annotate on it and download the files that have been uploaded to the Whiteboard. This is enabled by default but admins can disable the setting for individual users and groups.

Gap guidelines between objects
When resizing objects with the same height and/or width, dimension lines will appear to provide equal spacing between objects. -
Canvas object attribution
When selecting an object, users can see the creator and last editor of an object on canvas from the Info option in the More menu. -
Follow along with presenter
When collaborating on a Whiteboard during a live meeting, participants can request to follow a specific editor or request all others to follow them. When following, your view of the canvas is tied to their view of the canvas. -
Whiteboard sharing settings
Users can set default sharing settings to be applied, when a new whiteboard is created.
