Release notes for November 18, 2022
New and enhanced features
-
Administrator features
-
Support for additional audit logs functionality
Account owners and admins can access audit logs for importing emails and changes made to email settings. -
Zoom IQ Collaborator role
Account owners and admins can add Zoom users as a Zoom IQ Collaborator. Collaborators have limited access to Zoom IQ functions as determined by IQ admins. This role can be assigned to any Zoom user without needing to provision them with a paid Zoom IQ license. -
Zoom IQ to CRM data synchronization
Account owners and admins can allow Zoom IQ analysis results to reflect in HubSpot. Re-integration with Hubspot is required since there are changes to scopes/permissions. Previously, this was only available for Salesforce. -
CRM data deletion
When disconnecting integration between a CRM and Zoom IQ, admins will have the option of deleting or retaining all existing CRM data such as customer contact information, emails, and deal info. -
Salesforce token expiration notification
Admins can view their token expiration date and validity from the CRM integration page, along with a guide should they need to update the token.
-
User features
-
Support for Zoom IQ on Zoom desktop client
Users can use Zoom IQ from the Zoom desktop client version 5.12.6 or higher. Users will have access to a full suite of IQ features, excluding Account Settings and User/Role management capabilities. Viewing and subscribing to Indicators directly from the client will be supported in a future release. -
Time-saving conversation playback option
Cut to the Chase allows the recording to automatically begin playing from when the first external participant joins, skipping the early part of the call where the seller is alone or on with another team member. This is enabled by default, however, users can always disable if they prefer. -
Global and custom filter enhancement
In the Analytics page, users can save a global filter group that they can go back to when they revisit the Analytics portal, or create a filter group that they can reload and view at a later time. -
Conversation playlist sharing
When creating a playlist, users can set the permissions to private, share with everyone in the account, or share with a specific team or member. -
Search all conversations by participants
Users can search all conversations by call participant, including external participants. This includes meetings you hosted and meetings you attended. -
Download conversations and clips
From the Conversations page, users can download conversation and clip files. Previously, users could only share them via a link or an email. -
Multilingual support for conversation transcript
Users can adjust the language settings to set the transcript language. Languages currently supported are English, Italian, French, German, and Spanish. Conversation metrics, Screen Text, and Call Outs, such as Indicators, Next Steps, and Good Questions, will be supported for these additional languages in this release. -
Additional Smart Playlist capabilities
Users can create a Smart Playlist to capture selected topics, indicators, or keyword phrases from conversations and automatically add them to the playlist if the criteria have been met. Users can also match history conversations and choose from the last 30, 90, or 365 days. -
External participant labeling for deal activities
In the Deals activities page, external and internal participants are shown in separate columns so users can better differentiate between the two and allow them to filter their search if needed. -
Conversations mapping to CRM accounts
Users can automatically map conversations to the appropriate CRM account. Mapping is based on the participants on the call and contacts on the account, or leads similar to opportunity matching.
