Sign language interpretation
This allows the meeting host to assign participants as sign language interpreters, who can interpret one language into sign language in real-time. The host can assign interpreters when scheduling or during the meeting. These interpreters are displayed in a dedicated window, which can be repositioned and resized by the attendee choosing to view sign language interpretation. The host must be a Licensed user on a Business, Education, or Enterprise account, or Pro account with the Zoom Webinars add-on plan.

Users can invite common area phone to a meeting from the contact list. -

When Zoom Rooms administrators sign in to a Zoom Room using their work email and password, they may be asked to enter a one-time password, sent to their account email, when Zoom detects a suspicious login. A login may be considered suspicious if it originates from a different country or device, among other factors. After entering the one-time password, the sign in will succeed.

All attendees will see a notification when the meeting or webinar host starts a live stream. Attendees who join the session after the live stream has started will be notified when they enter. -
Improvements to non-vebal feedback - Web zrc
Users who raise their hand in a meeting will have their feedback more prominently displayed in their participant window on the Zoom Room display.

When administrators enable Support 3rd party conferencing dial-in for Zoom Rooms and the Support Microsoft Teams web client meeting on Zoom Rooms option on the web portal, they can optionally elect to use Microsoft Teams Cloud Video Interop (CVI) information, if present, to join the meeting via SIP. If no Microsoft Teams Cloud Video Interop (CVI) information is present, Direct Guest Join will be used to join the meeting.

List Reservation Only Rooms on the Zoom Rooms page - Win, Mac, Appliances, iPad zr
Reservation Only Rooms will show up in both Workspace and Zoom Rooms hierarchy. Reservation Only Rooms can easily be toggled to Scheduling Display Only Rooms. -
Upgrade feedback - Win
When a Zoom Room is updating to a new version, the following feedback will appear: downloading, waiting for available upgrade window, installing. -
Idle Time-out power saving mode - Win, Mac, Appliances, iPad zr
Administrators can use Idle Time-out mode to automatically turn off Zoom Room displays and dim controllers after a period of inactivity. This setting is mutually exclusive with scheduling periods for devices to enter power saving mode. -
Passcode failure alerts - Win, Mac, Appliances, iPad zr, iOS zrc, Android zrc, Win zrc, Web zrc
Zoom administrators are notified via webhook, Dashboard, and email when someone in a Zoom Room has failed to enter the correct passcode three times within a 24 hour period. Alerts are automatically cleared at the beginning of the next day. -

If a participant tries to record a meeting after the cloud recording storage limit is reached, the Zoom Room will display a message explaining why the meeting can't be recorded. -

Administrators can allow Zoom Room users to report an issue to their IT department. -
Hide caller ID - Win zrc, Web zrc
Administrators can choose to hide the outbound caller ID for their Zoom Rooms by configuring their settings for Zoom Phone. -

Administrators can disable the display of in-meeting chat for Zoom Rooms.

The Scheduling Display user interface (UI) has been updated to provide a more consistent experience. The new UI aligns with the Zoom desktop and mobile clients, matches Zoom’s current branding, and provides an optimized information architecture to better meet user needs. The font size has been increased and color palette updated. Light and dark mode have also been added.

Users attending an ongoing meeting with their mobile or desktop client can transfer the meeting to their Personal Zoom Room. The ongoing meeting will appear on the touch screen or controller meeting list, along with the Switch button. -
