Users can sort the Conversation List table by engagement score and sentiment score.

Configure topic highlights
Added capability for owners and admins to select or create topics relevant to the Sales team for Zoom IQ to extract and analyze. -
Salesforce integration notification
Account owners and admins will receive an email notification and a visual cue within the Zoom web portal when they have successfully integrated Zoom IQ for Sales with Salesforce, and the token has stopped working or is about to expire.

Topic highlights
When enabled by owners or admins, pre-defined topics will appear in the Topic Highlight section of the Conversation detail page. Users will be able to click on these topics and jump to the section of the transcript pertaining to the topic. -
External participant labeling
The Conversation detail page will show a label to differentiate external participants from internal participants. -
Conversation processing analysis label
When a recording is ready but is being processed, the recording will appear in the Conversations and Deals tabs with a Processing Analysis... label. -
Show Next Steps in Conversation details
Users can readily view next steps from a call in Conversation details. -
Enhancement to Conversation detail page
Conversation detail page shows participant-level metrics and defaults to showing the main internal speaker’s metrics. The user can hide or expand other internal participants’ metrics. -
Manage Deals detail activities
Allow users to manage activities on the Deals page. They can now remove emails, phone or meeting conversations that are incorrectly attached to a deal. They can also attach/import email, phone, or meeting conversations to a deal. -
Analytics chart visual improvement
Made adjustments to the Analytics charts based on data quantity for more optimal viewing.

- Resolved an issue with not seeing Conversations that are more than 30 days
- Resolved an issue with Hide Metrics/ Show Metrics button still appearing even after moving the mouse cursor to a different object on the Conversation details page.
