Release notes for June 12, 2022
New and enhanced features
-
Create a generic SIP/H.323 Room with registration
Organizations can now register their devices with Zoom for use with the SIP Proxy, but without provisioning any settings to the device itself. This allows the device to join Zoom meetings via one-touch without having to be managed by Zoom. -
Force update room connector
The enhanced room connector now supports auto-updating when a new version of the enhanced room connector is released.
Changes to existing features
-
Reduce stored room connector log files
Admins can now disable full room connector logging. Once disabled, the room connector will only store necessary logging information, which minimizes storage use for log files. If necessary, full logging can be enabled for the room connector, which will then log and store all room connector activities for troubleshooting purposes.
