Support for silent uninstall for macOS VDI Plugin uninstaller
The uninstall portion of the macOS VDI plugin now provides an option to launch the uninstall program with command line arguments that will prevent any dialogs from being displayed (“silent” mode) and can successfully remove the Mac VDI plugin without any individual involvement.

VMWare Optimization improvements
Zoom and VMWare have collaborated on changes that improve the reliability of session optimization and address an issue where video was not being displayed. -
VMWare Block Screenshot feature support
Changes were made in this release to support a new feature from VMWare that can be enabled to block screenshots. -
HID device support on Linux
Multiple changes were made to improve HID support for Linux plugins. -
Enable Share Computer Audio by default
Previously, the Share Audio option required adding a registry entry for previous VDI client releases. Now, the option is enabled automatically. The registry entry can be used to disable the option if needed. -
Unique ID shown instead of display name
An issue has been fixed where a user’s unique ID was displayed instead of the Display Name. -
Starboard 4 Bloomberg Keyboard and HID support for eLux
An issue when attempting to enable HID support for the latest Bloomberg Keyboards was reported and resolved by disabling HID for the keyboard. -
Incorrect plugin error displayed for Azure Virtual Desktop
A change was made to address a potential issue which could incorrectly report a missing plugin for Azure Virtual Desktop (previously Windows Virtual Desktop). -
Factory reset for eLux
An issue was found and fixed when using the reset option for eLux. -
Incoming calls automatically declined
A problem where incoming calls were being automatically declined was fixed in this release with some changes related to HID configuration for Linux VDI Plugins. -
Control icons missing after Window minimized
Display issues for control icons after minimizing the meeting window have been fixed. -
Volume improvements for Linux
Design changes were made to improve audio levels in the Zoom application in response to changes made in other applications. -
Fix for reactions
An issue was discovered for Linux plugins when quickly switching between reactions and has been corrected. -
Force Virtual Background on conflict
A problem was found and fixed that could prevent video from being turned on if an administrator toggled configuration options to force virtual backgrounds off and then back on again. -
Improvements for immersive view
Turning video off, starting immersive view, and then turning video back on required a change for video to be displayed correctly from other participants. -
Disable Stop Incoming Video for older VDI Plugins
Updates have been made to correctly disable and gray out the Stop Incoming Video option if an older plugin is detected. -
Hide Start Focus Mode for older plugins
The option to Start Focus Mode is now hidden when an older plugin is detected. -
Follow HID commands from selected device on Linux
An issue has been corrected for Linux plugins where HID commands were being ignored from the selected device if a command (such as mute) had been previously sent from another HID device. -
Audio issues when using Channel Mode with Citrix
When using the channel protocol (ICA) to connect to the virtual desktop, an issue was found and fixed where audio was not bi-directional. -
Update for avatar graphic change
An issue where changing the graphic avatar for the user was not updating during the meeting has been fixed. -
Adjust for low light
Changing the adjustment for low light was not applying the new settings. -
HID support for Blackwire devices on Linux
HID support has been enabled for Blackwire devices for Linux plugins. -
Headset Detection for Mac
Changes were made to include some headsets that were not being detected correctly for the Mac. -
Error joining a conference after accepting certificate
An issue where joining a conference failed after accepting a certificate has been fixed. -
Issues with Device Names
Two issues were fixed where specific device names were found to cause a problem. -
Reactions Displayed in Full Screen Mode
A change was made to correctly display reactions when the viewer changed the display to full screen mode. -
View icon missing in speaker mode for Linux
An issue with the green shield icon not being displayed in speaker mode for Linux plugins has been fixed. -
Saving virtual background and filter settings
Previously, when administrators enabled the option Require users to always use virtual background, the user's configuration options for backgrounds and filters were not being saved. This issue has now been fixed.

Allow image resizing for event creation Event creators can resize all uploaded images manually to fit into the allocated space (event cover, speaker, images, logos and sponsors).

Creating Events in a Hub The first-time event creation experience has been updated; creating an event now requires publishing your accounts default hub.

Hub user list is now searchable The list of Hub users is searchable and can be sorted alphabetically.

Multiple Recording Files If a session has multiple recording files, the longest file will be provided to attendees as the recorded session.

Polls tab Speakers can add polls to their sessions. These polls are submitted to the Host, who will review and approve/reject them.

Direct join link and verification code Event organizers can easily copy a formatted message containing the join link and verification code.

Public event email notifications All attendees who are invited to an event via the guest list csv will receive an email notification.

First-time event host A first-time event host whose account doesn’t have a billing address will be prompted to submit a billing address.

Gifted tickets Attendees who received gifted tickets will have the option to opt-in to providing contact information.

Support for Smart Gallery - Win, Mac, iOS zrc, Android zrc
Zoom Rooms Smart Gallery view displays multiple video feeds from a single conference room. This allows the Zoom Rooms cameras to focus more closely on participants and display these people more clearly to remote attendees. Smart gallery is enabled by tapping Multi-stream on the Zoom Room Controller or Zoom Rooms Touch. Smart Gallery works with any single certified USB camera. Minimum system requirements apply.
