Unified Device Management
Account owners and admins can deploy, manage, and maintain Zoom Rooms Devices and Zoom Phone Appliances in the new Device Management module. They can view high level device metrics, enroll new devices, manage updates, configure network settings, and view or manage devices.

Support for Zoom Phone with Citrix and Mac
VDI users with Citrix VDI and a Mac thin client (new client and plugin required) can utilize all the features of Zoom Phone with some limitations.
Support for Zoom Phone with Vmware and Windows
VDI users with Vmware VDI and a Windows thin client (new client and plugin required) can utilize all the features of Zoom Phone with some limitations.
Query the current login status and meeting status with WMI
Administrators who have enabled WMI for their VDI setup can use the tool to query the current login status and meeting status.

Enhanced data privacy notices - appliances, macOS, Windows, iOS zrc, Android zrc
In-context user education for various features, such as whiteboard, closed captioning, and others, informs the user who can see, save, and share the information before they provide it.
Recording consent - macOS, Windows, iOS zrc, appliances, Android zrc
Zoom Rooms will need to consent to the meeting being recorded when joining a meeting or when someone starts recording the meeting.
Active Apps Notifier - macOS, Windows, appliances, Android zrc
When someone in a meeting or webinar is utilizing any app that has access to real-time content or personal information during a meeting, participants are given real-time notice of usage. Details of which apps have access and which participant is using the app are displayed, and clicking on the app opens the Marketplace page to provide more information.
Disclaimer messages - macOS, Windows, iOS zrc
Administrators can configure disclaimer messages that will appear for the following actions: start meeting, join meeting, host recording start.
