Changes to existing features
Multiple ticket types for event series
Hosts can create multiple types of “Drop-In” and “Entire Series” ticket types for an event series.
Edit or delete previous ratings
Attendees can edit or delete ratings previously left for a past event they attended.
Include recordings with ticket access
Hosts can include complimentary access to the recording of the event with ticket registration.
Improved “Know before you go” message
Enhanced ticket-confirmation email with an improved “Know before you go” message to better help users to join the event.
Added “Message to Registrants” field when canceling an event
Hosts are required to enter a message in the “Message to Registrants” field to let registrants know why an event is being canceled.
Cancel any occurrence in a series event
Hosts can now cancel any occurrence in an event series—without canceling the entire series and without affecting the other occurrences in the event series—when a paid ticket has not been purchased.
URLs for OnZoom event categories have been shortened for ease of use.
Send custom email from Hosts to Attendees
Hosts can send a one-time message to all registrants before an event starts, and can also send a one-time message after the event ends.
Active CTA buttons shown in past tickets
Users will be able to see relevant Call-To-Action (CTA) buttons in the ticket-details page for past events.
Hosts can see detailed donation information for donation-enabled events in the directory and search pages.
Join button color enhancement
Countdown clock shown next to the “Join” button in the ticket.
Implemented OnZoom Host Public Profile URL application
Hosts can choose and apply for an OnZoom Host Public Profile URL via an application process.
Host can send their own invitation
Hosts can choose to send their own email invitations to users on the guest list, instead of having OnZoom send email invitations on their behalf.
