Managing Zoom Scheduler analytics as a host


Account owners and admins and hosts can use Zoom Scheduler analytics and reporting to see how their users leverage Zoom Scheduler bookings and identify trends in their usage.

How to access Zoom Scheduler analytics

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
  2. Click More , then click Calendar .
  3. In the left navigation menu, click Analytics.
  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Scheduler.
  3. Click the Analytics tab.

How to select the date range

  1. Access the Zoom Scheduler Analytics tab.
  2. At the top of the page, click the Date Range dropdown.
    The dropdown will expand into a window where you can select the date range.
  3. In the window, select your date range in the following ways:
    • Click the top dropdown, then select the number of days.
      The number of days you selected will automatically be displayed on the calendar.
    • Click Custom to define the date range that you want. This allows you to define more specific dates that are not preset date ranges.
    • In the top date boxes, enter a starting date and ending date.
    • Click the calendar to select a starting date and an ending date. 
      The top dropdown will automatically change to Custom.
  4. After you select your date range, click Apply.
    The date range will be applied to the analytic results.
