Account owners and admins and hosts can use Zoom Scheduler analytics and reporting to see how their users leverage Zoom Scheduler bookings and identify trends in their usage.
Requirements for managing Zoom Scheduler analytics and reporting
Under You can filter by user, enter the contact name or their email address in the text box, then select the user from the results. You can filter by multiple users.
(Optional) Click Reset Filters to clear all filters.
After selecting the user you want to filter, click Apply.
Created Appointments: The number of appointments created by you in your selected time range.
Canceled Appointments: The total number of canceled appointments in your selected time range.
Created Events: The number of events created by invitees in your selected time range.
Rescheduled Events: The total number of rescheduled events in your selected time range.
Canceled Events: The total number of canceled events in your selected time range.
Completed Events: The total number of completed events in your selected time range.
Appointments distribution by type: Shows the appointments that were created in your selected time range. Hover your mouse over the chart to view more details.
Events distribution by duration: Shows the 5 most popular durations for events that were scheduled to occur in your selected time range. Hover your mouse over the chart to view more details.
Popular events: Shows the top 5 events scheduled to occur in your selected time range. Events with the same name are counted together. Hover your mouse over the chart to view more details.
Popular times: Shows the most popular days for events that were scheduled to occur in your selected time range. Hover your mouse over the chart to view more details.
User Data
Users with the most events: Shows 5 users with the most events scheduled to occur in your selected time range. Hover your mouse over the chart to view more details.
Users with the least events: Shows 5 active users with the fewest events scheduled to occur in your selected time range. Hover your mouse over the chart to view more details.
