An offsite URL allows Zoom Virtual Agent consumers to easily access a chat or video campaign from a URL embedded in an email, social media post, or other digital medium. By simply clicking on the provided URL, customers can seamlessly enter the interactive chat or video session, maximizing engagement opportunities and ensuring a smooth user experience. The Zoom Virtual Agent Chat modal automatically opens upon clicking the URL, eliminating the need for customers to search for the chatbot entry point.

Prerequisites for generating an offsite campaign URL

• Account owner or admin privileges; or relevant role/privilege
• Basic, Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account
• Zoom Virtual Agent license
• Campaign created

How to generate an offsite campaign URL

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation menu, click AI Management and then Virtual Agent.
3. Click the Campaigns tab.
4. Click the display name of the campaign you want to edit.
5. Next to Offsite URL, click Customize to generate an offsite URL.
6. (Optional) Click the Welcome Screen box to enable the welcome screen.
7. Click Next.
8. Click the URL field then select an associated sub-domain that the consumer will be re-directed to when they click the offsite URL.
9. Click Generate Offsite URL.
   The generated URL will appear below the Generate Offsite URL option.
10. Click Copy to copy the generated URL to your clipboard.
11. Click Done.
12. Embed the URL in an email, social media post, or other location that's external from your website.
