New and enhanced features

• Admin features
  • Admin app provisioning for user groups 
    Account admins adding apps on behalf of their users can add apps for specific user groups on their account. This makes it easier for admins to add apps for groups of users on their account and those users to more quickly have access to important apps for their workflows. Previously, admins were able to only provision an app for individual users or all users on the account.

New and enhanced features

• Admin features
  
  • Enhanced admin app dashboard
    The admin dashboard view of app usage is updated to provide more information about most/least used apps, API usage by rate limit type, apps needing attention due to failed API calls, and more. Admins can search, filter, and sort the list of apps used on their account, as well as export these details as a CSV file.
• Zoom-created app updates
  • Timer app
    Various enhancements have been recently released for the Timer app, including preset timers and a stopwatch option. Additionally, the countdown timer continues to count into the negative after reaching zero. The Timer app is also more easily accessed through the in-meeting timer menu on the desktop client and is now available for use on the Zoom mobile app for iOS.
  • Music app
    Various enhancements have been recently released for the Music app, including the shuffle option, the ability to play music from the app while screen sharing, fade-in and fade-out options, and the ability to create a playlist of favorite songs.
  • Virtual Backgrounds app
    Various enhancements have been recently released for the Virtual Backgrounds app, including the ability to share a background with others in the meeting, which they can instantly choose to apply, and the Undo option, which easily reverts a change without having to access virtual background settings. Additionally, the Virtual Backgrounds app is now powered by Pexels, giving users access to over 3 million high-resolution images from the Pexels library.

Note: The Admin app provisioning for user groups feature has been pulled from release due to deployment issues and will be available in another upcoming release.
