When admins disable AI Companion features, but allow these options to still be visible in the Zoom app, such as the toolbar options in their meetings, options for their Team Chat channels, and the compose toolbar when composing an email through Zoom Mail, users can request these AI Companion features be enabled for their use.
When this is requested by a user, admins on the account will be sent an email from Zoom, indicating who (or how many, if many users requested this feature within a day) requested the feature. These emails will always come from no-reply@zoom.com and provide links to other support articles with additional information, as well as an option to open your account settings to make a change.
