Changes to existing features
- Support auto-recording for personal meeting ID (PMI)
Revenue Accelerator can automatically record and analyze meetings scheduled using a personal meeting ID when the Automatic Recording for External Meetings setting is enabled. This feature is compatible for meetings using a personal meeting ID when the host is on client version 5.16.0 or higher. Previously, the Automatic Recording for External Meetings setting would not detect meetings scheduled with a personal meeting ID.

- Customizable Zoom Phone recordings retention policies
Once a corresponding setting is enabled by the Zoom Phone admin, Zoom Revenue Accelerator admins can set a retention policy that applies to Zoom Phone calls analyzed by Revenue Accelerator, preserving valuable analytics and leveraging the unlimited storage provided by Zoom Revenue Accelerator. This feature is managed within Zoom Revenue Accelerator and is independent of the retention policy configured within the Zoom Phone product. This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a Web release currently scheduled for December 18, 2023.

- Enhanced participant identification for Zoom Phone recordings
With the enhanced Revenue Accelerator and Zoom Phone integration, users can easily identify participants of a Zoom Phone conversation when an Auto Receptionist is used. Zoom Phone conversations within Revenue Accelerator will display the Zoom Phone caller and callee in the Call title.
Previously, when an Auto Receptionist was used, the conversation title displayed the Auto Receptionist name and the external phone number, making it difficult to associate a phone call with the actual Zoom Phone user. - Ability to rename a conversation title
Users can rename their conversation title directly from the Conversation list or from the Conversation detail page. This is applicable to those who use their personal meeting ID or Zoom Phone recording. Conversation name changes will be reflected in CRM when CRM activity sync is enabled.
